What is Bank Rate?
The Central Bank Rate, often called the Foreign Exchange Rate for Remittance set by the Foreign Exchange Dealers' Association of Nepal (FEDAN), is the rate used by banks in Nepal when converting USD to NPR for incoming remittances.
How long does it take for my recipient to receive money?
The delivery timeline depends on the transfer option you choose. Instant is delivered within seconds. Same Day is delivered within the next business day. Regular is delivered within 2 to 3 business days. Best Deal is delivered within 7 to 8 business days. Choose the option that best fits your needs.
How is the estimated delivery time for my transfer calculated?
Delivery dates are determined by the delivery method you select (Instant, Same Day, Regular or Best Deal) and by bank processing hours, weekends, and public holidays in both the US and Nepal.
Is there a maximum amount I can transfer?
To keep your transfers secure and comply with regulations, Xuno has the following limits. Per transaction limit is $10,000. Daily limit is $30,000. Monthly limit is $75,000.
Can I cancel or refund my transaction?
Instant delivery transactions cannot be cancelled or refunded once they are processed. Refunds for other delivery types are only possible if the funds have not yet been delivered to the recipient's bank account. To request a refund, contact Customer Support at support@xuno.co or +1 (866) 356-1201.
